Browser tools
The CSV checker and text comparison run in your browser. Their inputs and results are not uploaded to this service or saved in browser storage. Selecting a file reads it on your device. Downloading a report creates a local file. There are no third-party analytics, advertising scripts or external fonts on these pages.
The inquiry form
Only when you send an inquiry do we receive the task description, service choice, reply contact, input size, deadline, optional budget and AI preference you submit. We store these on a private VPS database to review the request, reply and follow up. The form does not accept file uploads, identity documents or payment details. Please avoid confidential data and passwords.
Access and retention
Inquiry records are accessible through a password-protected owner inbox and are not published. The application removes inquiry records older than 30 days, at startup and during hourly cleanup while running. This service does not make separate backups of inquiry content. Infrastructure providers may retain operational backups or technical records under their own policies. Ask for deletion through the inquiry form using your receipt reference and the original reply contact. We may verify the request before acting.
Technical records
The VPS and network providers necessarily process connection data such as IP addresses when delivering the website. The application stores keyed hashes of IP addresses for short-lived rate limits, without a raw IP column. These rate-limit records are removed after one day. This site's Apache access log is disabled; error logs may contain connection details and follow the server's log rotation. Signing in to the private owner inbox uses an essential, HTTP-only session cookie, expiring after eight hours or revoked when the owner signs out.
AI and client materials
An inquiry is not an accepted order. Scope, price, timing, payment arrangements and permitted tools are confirmed separately. AI-assisted tools may be used in this service. Your AI preference is recorded with the inquiry; client materials must not be sent to an AI tool until the agreed workflow allows it. There is no automatic marketing subscription or automatic distribution of inquiry data to public channels.
